hello, interested in possibly picking up this tv but wondering if it is worth my time. It is a newer model samsung plasma. looks like a display issue to me but wanted to get a couple more opinions.

it looks like it's worth a shot doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the panel definitely a problem with the ysus or the lower buffer board interesting its all white tho I guess they can fail that way also.Did I leave the soldering iron on? -

I have repaired 3 lcds that had the white with ghosting colors. it was from the tcon board. 2 of the tvs just needed the tcon ribbon cleaned and taped down and the last tv needed a new tcon board. Did you pick up the tv? if so, were you able to repair it?Comment
