sharp lc 80le642 no power 2 long blinks 3 short

Hi'
I have a sharp lc 80le642 , no power at all. Ive tried forcing the power by holding the power button and plugging it in, All I get are 2 long blinks and 3 short blinks.

Any ideas

Without back cover off, and pictures don't think many can help?
