Vizio M470SL has back light, no video

What I assumed to be a Main Board issue, so far I'm wrong. Unit powers up, has back light, can turn on and off with remote. No video, input or menu functions?
    Bad Power Supply?

    Thanks all!

Check the fuse and the DC Voltage of the fuse on the T-CON board.
Pictures of the back side of the TV and the boards?

      Hi Bud
I replaced the PS, same issue, re-installed the original main board, same issue. The unit will not power on or off with manual power button, I have to use remote.

But did you check the fuse and voltage on the fuse of the T-CON? Since you can use the remote to turn the TV on and off, I would not worry about the button on the TV right now.

Bud. dealing with the arctic vortex, and being that I'm 60 miles south of Canada (in N. Idaho Panhandle) daylight has waned. My shop is currently in Garage, this cold front hit unexpectedly. I'm tabling this until tomorrow AM, but do I have to remove the mini fuse to test voltage? (don't mean to be a pain)
