So this is the set, bought it from people who smoke alot as you can see haha.
The cable on the left of the PS going to the board on the let has 0v on all pins.
The cable on the PS righthand side is going to the maonboard and has 4v and 5v. ( 2 pins next to eachother)Attached FilesI only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!Comment

Going to measure them right now. Last time i measured without the gnd/auto gnu connected i got 0v.I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!Comment

With Gnd/Auto gnu connected i get 0V. ( 4v/5v is still present ).
Also , when i bridge those 2 and i put in the mains i get click click click. When i remove the mains and put the mains back in i don't get clicks.I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!Comment

Hmm i got some spare powersupplys so there probably 2 of those resistors on it...

Connect M_ON to 5VSTBY, RL_ON to 5VSTBY using the resistors. Disconnect AUTO GND. Plug PSU in and see what happens. Vs/Va/17V etc.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

So just be sure :
A wire going from M_ON ---> resistor ----> 5V
A wire going from RL_ON ---> resistor ----> 5v

Nothing changed. No 17v and no voltages going to ysus board.
M on is 5,2 v

LG 60PB66550 NOV 2014

PCB: EAX65359531 2013.11.01 Rev:1.0
Main board: EAX65399305(1.0) 13.11.27 PU42A/PA42A/PD42A
Symptom:
While watching, just went black and started clicking relay every few seconds.
Initial diagnosis:
Removing JUST the main CPU/Input PCB from circuit stops the clicking. No problems with any other boards/drivers. (Removing all other boards and only putting Main back in is all it takes to start clicking again)
Deeper diagnosis:
Pulling pins #1/#2 (Blue/Grey) from the connector housing... -
All Voltages are OK except ZSUS 15v.
YSUS board disconnected still 15v missing.
ZSUS was replaced: 15v missing.
Any help will be appreciated... -

Symptoms:
The TV turned itself off, and I haven't been able to turn it back on. The standby voltage was unstable and lower than it should be.
A weak clicking sound was coming from the transformer.

Progress:
After the transformer, I measured four Schottky diodes. DM862C and DM864C diodes readings were 003 in both directions. After detaching them from the circuit and measuring them, DM864C was the shorted one. These Schottky diodes are SB550.I... -
Hello there,
I recently bought a Panasonic th-42px60en plasma TV second hand. The problem is :
The TV takes time to turn on from cold (being unplugged from the night for example), it tries to turn on with the clicking sound, then shuts off, then retries and so on. The TV is still working, just it takes time to boot.
From what I've read it seems to be bad capacitors on the power board, but I just want to see if anyone had the same problem with this TV.

Replaced Zsus beginning of year as most transistors were short stopping tv powering up.
Now screen flashes on off continually and ZSUS ticks. Looking like replacement maybe faulty or could something else cause it to shut down.
If I remove both tabs from ZSUS to screen but keep all other connectors to ZSUS on then TV boots properly but screen very dark without ZSUS output, no ticking from ZSUS. So it only shuts down when under load from screen.
