Sharp Aquos 46 - j655 k3704 help plz

Hi all,

I have sharp aquos LCD Tv with brand no. ( Lc-46a65m ) it turned back to stand by with red light works only for few seconds with dark screen,

days later after searching , I found that the transistors (j655 and k3704 ) had a short on board ,, but unfortunately the same transistors aren`t available in libyan market , and due to countery condition those days , I couldn`t also buy it from outside or online market on internet.

So, i decided to buy alternative transistor for bad luck tell now I couldn`t find the same values of those transistors the only near values are :|

17a -100v ( old transistor value is 12a 100v)

55a -60v ( old transistor value is 45a 60v )


but sadly screen didn`t work and also short happend on (55a-60v) transistor with bad smell comes from it .

So, if u kindly help me to find alternative transistor or any another solution to fix these problem

Less than 45 minutes to a bump? Leave it a little longer.

Pictures of the parts and circuit board layout?

Details of tests so far - voltage measurements, part replacements, service guide procedures checked?

Without that info don't expect any useful suggestions...

2SJ655 and 2SK3704 are MOSFETS. Can you take pic of the board where these are mounted so we can see what they are doing.

I'm just guessing that they are on the backlight-board or PSU supplying the backlight circuit....

I found 15 a 100 v mosfeet and 50 a 60 v when I tried them they become hot and TV going back to stand by situation
