I found 15 a 100 v mosfeet and 50 a 60 v when I tried them they become hot and TV going back to stand by situation...

Hi all,

I have sharp aquos LCD Tv with brand no. ( Lc-46a65m ) it turned back to stand by with red light works only for few seconds with dark screen,

days later after searching , I found that the transistors (j655 and k3704 ) had a short on board ,, but unfortunately the same transistors aren`t available in libyan market , and due to countery condition those days , I couldn`t also buy it from outside or online market on internet.

So, i decided to buy alternative transistor for bad luck tell now I couldn`t find the same values of those transistors...
