Toshiba 42HL196 Screen Issue!

I've got a Toshiba 42HL196 with a 3" dark line at the top of the screen and somewhat down the sides. I've attached some pictures for you all to take a gander at. Hopefully it's not screen burn!

Looks like heat damage or a crack to the panel... can't see it being fixable.
