    LG 49uf695v vertical coloured lines

Hi guys…I need your help. My cousin ask me to fix her tv. The tv when I went to pick up showed 3 horizontal black line. So I know it was a bad panel issue but I could try to fix with the tape method so I said her I could fix easy. When I come back to home, I turned on the tv and now the tv show vertical line colored….and the problem is that I unplug the ldvs cable, first the right side then the left side I still have the lines. The lines never disappear. When the right side is plug in I don’t have nothing on the screen only this vertical lines, when the right side is unplugged I have picture on half left screen but always with the vertical line….did I finish to break the panel when I pick up it from her house? Can I fix it?

It's not so important in a closet or not, if is at open air, more or less, it damages itself, modern tv sets are very fragile, there is no efficent cure as i have fully tested until now, you can only try heating with hair dryer the panel fpc (flex tabs) until some oxy goes away.. i do not see horizontal lines..

why you asked this and my warning didn't took it,, now you pushed air between COF and Glass , nothings you can, only COF vacuum Stamp machine can renew the defect COF soldering... search at your country service they have the vacuum stamp machine.

                  Screen Display Vertical Multicolor Lines
                  by Stanley1843
Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed...

TCL 55S425 few horizontal lines, potential failure on both side of panel/buffer board
                  by howardc64
All left and right refers to looking from rear of TV (or looking from front with TV upside down)
                  • TV came with vertical bars and no image. Found faulty TVS on left buffer board. Also replaced T-Con (may have damaged the original while hot air removing components, board has slight warp) and have full image but few horizontal lines on the screen. Some of the lines appears to be 2 pixel tall while others are 1 pixel tall.
                  • Disconnecting left and right buffer board potentially reveals problems on both sides with different signals (unless this T-Con require jumper like Samsung FB_TRDY1&3) Fault

                  Help. Sony kd-65x85dj vertical lines
                  by visionbluedemon
First. it has no picture at all. i solved it by covering the ckv lines using tape to to block the connections

Second. now has picture but with vertical lines that follow the image. tcon board ic overheating

tried blocking LC lines too, but same results

is it lcd panel issue or tcon board issue?...

LG 82UN8570AUD ~ TCON or PANEL?
                  by kca
                  Hello all ~

Hope this finds you well. This LG 82UN8570AUD (April 2021 model) 4K UHD television has full audio capabilities but video is compromised / problematic.

When I picked up this large LG tv it had a full black screen upon startup. Previous owner said it just went black one day. No popping sound or anything else of note.

I got the display to work by taping off several traces of the right-hand side ribbon cable on the TCON that leads from TCON to PANEL. However, despite dozens and dozens of attempts to find the right combination / range of traces taped...

                  Sony KDL-40V3000 - Vertical lines
                  by gpo23
                  Hello,

                  i order a t-con because i had bad colors on my SONY KDL-40V3000 :

With the new t-con the color are good but there are vertical lines on all the screen :

I've tried the old t-con and it returned to the initial issue (bad colors but no vertical lines)

Is there a way to fix the vertical lines on the new t-con ?

                  Thank you for your help
