I get no image nor backlight, standby light blinks 13 times then stops. Any clues what it could be no evidence of damaged components

my tv almost 2 years not powerd on and when i turned it on nothing happened and only 3 red light keeps blinking
i opened the back cover no sign of damage on the powery suply or motherboard
when i plug in the power i hear the reley sound like tik first and another tik..after that only red keep blinking..
another thing is even after i unplugged the power, The tv keeps red blinking 3 times for 2 almost 2 munites -
I have the i9 version. I have tried disabling intel and Nvidia graphics in the device manager.
The laptop is just out of warranty.
The laptop continues to freeze randomly with the blinking amber charging light.
What could be possibly wrong with it?
I have also disable armoury crate in bios. -
I REMOVED INTERNAL BATTERIES AND I SUBSTITUTE RAM BUT STILL THE SAME.
WHEN I PLUGIN CHAGER I DO HAVE 3.3,5 AND 1.8 V. AND ON PL700 I GET 0.27V.
BIIOS PINS 7,8 I HAVE 3.3V
IS THE PROBLEM ON MOTHERBOARD OR BIOS. -

This is my development machine. I've been using it since two years and half without any problem except sometimes it wouldn't wake up from sleep.
Lately the issue became more frequent and powering it up would take few seconds to show the POST screen.
Then the computer refuses to power on at all. Now only the caps lock button flashes 7 times then stops. The charging light is always on whenever a power source is connected (battery or charger).
I tried long pressing on the power button, after several seconds it would go off then when the button is released... -
Hi,
I'm facing this issue since this morning. When I try to power it on, the CAPS lock light flashes 7 times (or 6 if not counting the first one when the power button is pressed). The charging light is always on as if the laptop was connected to the charger. The issues started gradually where it would flash the light but after trying multiple time it would power on. I tried to open it and I noticed one coil "1R0 2127" gets hot when the charger is connected. Note: the charging light directly comes on when the battery is connected or the charger is connected.03-07-2025, 05:55 AM
