Toshiba 40FT2U Weird colored screen

Okay so the Main board was bad (TV wouldn't start, no standby light) and I ordered a mainboard + put it in and now it starts but the colors are weird on the TV. They're almost like a weird opposite - don't know how to describe but pictures are below. I thought it was the T con board but when I got the replacement in Today it has the same colors. The two mainboards have different Revisions on them but look exactly the same. the one I pulled out (bad) was revision 1A, the good one is revision 1D

I got exactly the same problem with my Toshiba 40FT2U.
Replaced the main board twice now will try the Tcon.
Did you get it fixed??

It is not much use if you dont quote the exact numbers of both boards - the one you had and the one you got - Pictures of the labels would be good.
Problem may be that this board 431C4A51L01 is very similar to 431C4Q51L01
but one is for a Chimei panel and one is for a samsung panel so second question would be what panel have you got?

Check LVDS cable fully seated.
