Vizio M3D420SR Dead

Dead.. Makes a high pitched that seem to be coming from the power supply board. PS voltages all look good. No lighted Vizio Not sure it lights up on this one. When I unplug the Main board the high pitched squeal goes away.

Mainboard issue? Looks like it.

Update:

Sent the mainboard for repair to an ebay vendor and he could not fix it.

It appears this is a very common issue and new mainboards are impossible to find as well as working used versions.

I will try a bit longer to get one but I may end up tossing this one back in the junk pile.
