Proscan 42lc55s24087v tab marks on lcd screen

So I just fixed a proscan that had a bad cap on power supply and noticed when I trend it on on the right side at the top of the screen there are like 3 u shaped burn ins on the lcd display. Is that tab bond marks. One looks bigger than the others. But you only notice it on black images or if the channel had the black bar on top and bottom. Is this fixable. Maybe the pressure tab bond trick.

Maybe the driver chips are overheating? Could be on the way out.
