Samsung PN50C7000YF rows of white dots in 3d

    Hi,
I have a Samsung PN50C7000YF that I picked up that would hang during power up. Troubleshot to main (Jumper to check Logic board test patterns was OK). Sourced used one and now TV powers up fine and everything was looking good untill...I tried 3d. I'm getting random small horizontal "lines" of white dots out of ONLY the left eye in 3d mode. When watching 2d...or 3d with my left eye closed...the picture is perfect.

I'm not too sure about the 3d architecture, but I'm assuming this can only be that I recieved a defective main...can anyone confirm what could cause a 3D picture issue in only one eye?

    Thanks!

Never mind....cleaned and reseated LVDS cable and all is good...did not think that would affect only one eye image...but aparently so.

Got any photos of what the DOTS looked like?

Wish mine was that easy! I got a 55 LED with the entire screen covered in flashing DOTS!

          Thanks for that.

Yeah that's what mine look like but the entire screen is covered and my unit is not 3D.

Thanks again, you didn't happen to take a photo of the mainboard?

Don't have pic handy, but it's P/N BN94-03313Q...you should be able to find a pic online.
