Samsung 32 inch lcd tv switches its self of and on

Hi this is my first post,I am trying out a new hobby by sorting some dead tv's that I pick up at auctions,,the latest is this 32 inch lcd it switches on ok it then works for a around a couple of mins and switches its self of then back on,I also have a 40 inch model that was working fine but now the picture looks like the image is being filmed in infrared its Green,blue and red,you can just make the image out, I have tried changing the tuner board but its still the same ,I also tried a suggestion from some re search on the net to press mute then 182 then power it on this is supposed to let me into the service menus but it doesn't any help would be much appreciated

You should make another thread for the 40" put the make and model and the show us what the pictures look like on the screen.
Up load good clear pictures of this 32" so we can see the back side of the TV, also give use the make and model number we always need the info since we do not have the set in front of us to look at. The more info the better for every one.
