LG panel? Pretty common. Harmless effect of being too cold. Let it warm up for about an hour, and it won't happen till it gets very cold again (e.g. left in a shed or utility room.) At room temperature, they never seem to pop up again. Not sure what causes it, but always fades.

      Re: TECHWOOD 42inch LCD, blobs

i have seen this before from a tv that was stored in a garage for 6 months, but never had any idea that would cause that prob.
this one was stored in my spare room for 3 weeks, not turned on untill today, no where near cold in this weather,
but it no longer matters, as buyer was very happy, and i gave him another £10 off the price.
      thanks tom

          Marshall stanmore multi room
          by Kezi Gamer
Hi, recently i have encountered problem with my Marshall stanmore multi room speaker, speaker itself works fine using app from my phone but knobs on actual speaker doesn't work. First thing that came up to me is that maybe something is shorted on the top board and after disassembling the speaker and checking with multimeter I could not find anything wrong, also on the panel multi, and next song button are working and nothing else. Any help is very appreciated...

Problem with LG Plasma 60PM6700 - Random power downs
          by theone111
I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.

In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.
          1. Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
          2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
          3. Problem: TV shuts down

Panasonic ZT60 plasma tv with strange behavior and 8 blink code
          by cloo
I recently got my hands on a 60" Panasonic P60ZT60 plasma tv (european model) that has some strange issues along with an 8 blink code.
It know this tv is getting old but it was once considered one of the best plasmas ever made, and i think it is still holds on to that even by todays standards.

So, long story short. When i first got the tv it had a very bright washed out picture with very raised blacks in all picture modes and i couldn't find the cause in the picture setting menus.
After doing a factory reset this problem was gone and the picture was back to...

Old Techwood 32722HD Osd pixels on screen
          by alltvrepairs
          Hi,
an old friend of mine wants me to repair this old (not worth it) model. Found standby only. Changed couple of swallen caps 1000uf 16v, 25v in power supply and set is on.
however noticed many digital pixel noise probably originating from OSD. When osd gies off they stay.
Am thinking a couple of caps near cpu.might be the culprit. But cannot afford much time on it anymore as this is almost a free repair.

          Any ideas welcome. Pics attached.
