Samsung innards. Replaced bad cap and blown pico fuse on x main, still no picture, but we have audio. Suggestions

Symptom is no picture with audio. I have a multimeter.

Here is a manual. Pay attention to page 5 for the power failure circuit that is on the main board. Pages 29 and 30 also have good info. Pages 42 and 42 have flow charts. they have complete parts listing for boards too.

Is there a panel reset sequence? How can I select it if so? Panel still not coming on but I have audio. I also do not have a remote for the set so I do not know what input is selected if one.

Exactly, what I saw and i replaced those components. I still am not getting a picture on the panel. I don't have a remote so how to bring up a menu when I can see anything would be the next thing. I plug the set up turn it on and then I hear the static sound. I plugged the hdmi cable in but can't go to menu to select hdmi port since I can't see it.

What is a good test to confirm panel is bad on this unit?
