    IC identifying/cross reference help?

    Hello,
Little stuck on this IC,it's from an inverter board (ss1520hc24) out of a Toshiba 52HL167.
    Written on the IC
    4614
    BA7U1Y

    It's a little 8 pin.
My phone is not working to take pic but here's the complete board of SJ.
Seems that the one row of pins is all bridged together,I'm looking for something I can substitute the chip with or find an original...
I cant seem to source this chip

U203 is the one that is shorted.

    Hi!
To me it looks to be a eight pin dual SMD mosfet, commonly used on inverter boards, like for example FDS4559.
In a transistor circuit protected by a fuse, the transistor will always blow to protect the fuse.

            thank you for the help
When you said "common" found in inverter boards,a light went up in my head, search my enormous pile of boards and low and behold,I had several boards with those chips on it
3 chips in parallel where fried, replaced them and TV is up and running...52" lcd 2007 but a very clear and sharp picture!!! Not bad for such an old TV....
