Infocus In3116 Projector Power Supply

Hey guys, I have two of these in3116 projectors with bad power supplies, and one that works good that i can reference to. I started with the obvious, the fuse is good, past that can someone help me troubleshoot some parts? Here are a couple of pictures from both sides.

putting to one side all the broken solder joints under the board,
how about you tell us what shorted against the heatsink and vapourised a chunk of it!!!

Broken solder joints? It was the bulb ballast, but has been replaced, when i put in the working power supply the projector works just fine..

look at the soldering, if you see a very faint ring around a joint - it's a stress-crack.
there are loads in that foto.

they are caused by vibration usually and happen on large or heavy parts the most.
specially transformers and stuff bolted to heatsinks
