Sony KDL-32S3000 with 5-blink error code

The TV has 5-blink error code (12V panel voltage problem), the cause was blown tiny tiny 5A fuse on the main board which is used for feeding the 12VDC to switched MOSFET, the output of the MOSFET then feeds the 12V to the T-CON board, the 2A fuse on the T-con is OK. Check the current draw <1A.

Hello ,
New to board ,have Sony Bravia model KDL-32S3000
No picture no sound
When switched on power light comes on (green) steady
After 1 minute goes to standby (red) steady (no blinking)
With back removed can see backlights on
Any ideas?

Service manuals, there are more than one version:




There are many really small SMD fuses on the main board (both top and bottom sides).
