Philips 32PFL5605H/12 issue with displayed colors

Need help with this unit...looks like the colors are not displayed correctly....not an expert, but looks like something wrong with the GREEN...have attached the photo of the 'home menu' and the recorded video of the Demo video that's on the TV for viewing/testing.

Where should I look for faults? Everything else looks/works ok.

BTW...have upgraded to the latest FW/SW version, but nothing changed.

I remember Philips of that period have black menu background, i'm not surprised if the tcon is at fault with the common as15 chip damaged, but if you find it, i would try an experimental method, i would try dry every solder as possible, then reapply new one.. rather than changing the chip.. give it a try.. it's simple, if you know smd jobs... PS: i have not watched the video..

First check the screencode. Press 062598 menuXXX on your remote, after the code is accepted the TV should go in stand by, if not try again. XXX is the screencode that you can find on the rear cover.

As15 is on the tcon, no schematics of tcon if it is separate, you have to phisically inspect it, it is a qfp 48pin ic marked as15-f or -h

this mean it accept the code... if the color remain you need to log in service menu sam and do adjustment at white balance

In this TV the tcon is part of the main SSB (Small Signal Board); 'D' on below photo (not the actual unit (photo taken from the Service Manual), but have the same set-up)....there is no separate tcon board...

OK, watch the right top side of the main board, there is a QFP chip of about 1cm wide, post a decent picture of that area or tell me its marked code..

Loged into SAM and changed the White point settings, but the colors were still off....
Must be something else that is causing the issue.

Adding some stills from the Demo video, where the issue is clearly seen...
