Panasonic TH-42PWD7UY 3 Pixel White Vertical Lines TNPA3245

So I picked up this Monitor; everything works fine except the fact it has a set of 3 pixel wide vertical lines... on it... It is in relation to the 3rd from the right -open uint view- connection I assume...

The question is; is it bad panel or a bad IC on TNPA3245..? Is it fixable..? I have several donor boards too... Just not sure where to start with my meter...

Another pitfall is that when the main board is installed I can not test that particular connector on the board cause the MB is in place... Going to have to figure out how to get it out of my way safely so i can test the board...

    Anyone done this fix before..?

More often than not it's panel. Could try a reseat of the C buffer but last time I had this on a PX70, 2007 model it was panel. I had a single pixel width full height and it varied in colour depending what was displayed. Swapped all the boards over from another and fault remained.

    Any pictures?
