These 2 legs will not rise, the case of the transistor will crack, the tracks on the board will break, then only use a hairdryer to completely remove it.

well 1st one failed...
this is tough to do... i should have tried fingernail lol
i think it was too hot so it fell apart... but i couldnt get the pins up otherwise...
so this was the same model with a broken panel, where i just did this test. i have the same tv with the not broken panel, just reboot problem, so i m not sure how will i manage this in order not to destroy everything...

ohh my GOD... i can notice from yours test video, you have stable hand... but why so,,, to lift pins first need at soldering fat pasta on the pins... then add little solder.. then use shield to suck the solder it will be easy to remove..damage it can be replaced
read the label of the MOSFET first in case you
if this was the one we trouble shooting it then you have short inside the panel glass.. no wayLast edited by Diah; 09-24-2024, 01:36 PM.Comment

the "good" tv is standing, and from that i took the measures. the bad one, with broken panel and now broken transistor is laying... so no damage caused (yet)Comment

nooo... this was not the one with trouble shooting of course... the videos i made with the one which panel is not damaged! i got one with broken panel, in order to check if the reason is the mainboard...

alright, makes sense. so i will need to figure out how to remove the transistor properly. and can you tell me what will be then next step after i remove the two pins?Comment
-
before this act.... take out the buffer boards from the broken one , and compare the testing on all parts one by one as diode mode for D and high Ohm for C direct on the parts also in reserve way..Comment

i checked yeaterday, before destroying this one... results seemed to be the same... and what wouod be tghe next step when i accomplish to separatenthe two pins? qould it work or anything else to do? i read also that some managed just by taping some part on the lvds cable?Comment

by DennisKalHi, I am working on a 2020 Samsung QLED QN55Q80RAFXZA Version FA02. On Christmas Day, the TV made an odd sound while off (in standby). After that it would not turn on. There was no red standby light.
Based on what I read on the net, I ordered and replaced the Power Board, the Main Board and the LED Driver board with a kit from TVPartsToday. After these were installed, the TV would start up and play the startup tone but the screen was still dark. By shining a flashlight onto the screen, I could see the faint image that was on the screen as it was in the startup mode looking for... -

by max789Hello, I have a problem with my Samsung UE48H6410SSXZG with the main board BN41-02156A and the power board BN44-00709A. Everything seemed like this, the TV could no longer be switched on, the standby LED always flashed 5x2 times. Backlight was off and no sound from TV. Also made the flashlight test and there was no picture.
I made the following tests:
1. Disconnected the main board from Power Board = backlight works.
2. Connected the main board and disconnected the T-Con = backlights does not work.
So I ordered a main board from Ebay also BN41-02156A but from... -

I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. No picture or backlight on LCD. I thought about removing diodes like in this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...sung-qled-q60r... - Loading...
