    Samsung GQ65Q60 QLED

    Dear all,

I m new to this forum. I tried to sell my broken TV, which reboots constantly. And a guy told me that i could fix it somehow by taping some ports. I have no clue sadly how to do it and I am hoping someone can help me.
My TV has the issue, when I turn it on it just keeps going off and on. I dont see any Samsung logo.I just see the LED backlights on and off. When I disconnect the ribbon cable, which connects the mainboard to the TV panel. The LED backlights stay on.
Is there someone who can help with this particular TV. I can post pictures, and videos later?

    Thanks in advance!

let start to agree on correct name of parts to avoid any mistake... the cable you disconnected between the Main Boards and the panel module called LVDS. yours LED BL come on it mean there are issue on the panel..

take out the speaker and if there metal plate cover the panel buffer boards take it out too... you will be able to see U ribbon cable ( flat cable connect 2 half of panel side together one on the the left side and one on the right side.... LVDS keep them connected.... and just disconnect one of these U ribbon one a time on the right side and turn on... take look on the screen if it display some things.... do the same test on the other side..

you can upload photos of the buffer boards over here too and the screen result too.

Thanks Diah. Attached a video. This is the situation when the LVDS is connected to the main board. It just goes on and off. The other two U ribbon cables are disconnected!

here are the pics. ihope thats what you mean? the lvds cable is currently disconnected. and also the two, U ribbon cables as well. with this configuration the led backlight stays on.

but once i connect the lvds cable from panel to main boardit goes on and off, despite the u ribbon cables disconnected

okay, now you disconnect the LVDS , and keep the U ribbon at this time all disconnected
first test with yours DM in Diode mode the MOSFET Q001, between the middle and A G
                            with OHM test C 621
with diode mode test D007 D008 ( between the three 123 against 456 and in reserve way

Install the jumper first, then experiment with U-loops.

lift the 2 LEGS carefully from the board , put all cable back in place and turn on see if there are no boot loop, if no more reboot test in diode mode the Q again and compare to yours first reading

Hi, I am working on a 2020 Samsung QLED QN55Q80RAFXZA Version FA02. On Christmas Day, the TV made an odd sound while off (in standby). After that it would not turn on. There was no red standby light.

Based on what I read on the net, I ordered and replaced the Power Board, the Main Board and the LED Driver board with a kit from TVPartsToday. After these were installed, the TV would start up and play the startup tone but the screen was still dark. By shining a flashlight onto the screen, I could see the faint image that was on the screen as it was in the startup mode looking for...

Hello, I have a problem with my Samsung UE48H6410SSXZG with the main board BN41-02156A and the power board BN44-00709A. Everything seemed like this, the TV could no longer be switched on, the standby LED always flashed 5x2 times. Backlight was off and no sound from TV. Also made the flashlight test and there was no picture.

                                          I made the following tests:
                                          1. Disconnected the main board from Power Board = backlight works.
                                          2. Connected the main board and disconnected the T-Con = backlights does not work.

So I ordered a main board from Ebay also BN41-02156A but from...

                                          TV: Samsung QLED QE65Q7FNAT
                                          PSU: BN4400940A
                                          MB: BN94-12832K

I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. No picture or backlight on LCD. I thought about removing diodes like in this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...sung-qled-q60r...
