apex 3288t, help with inverter

Ok on this tv for my model my inverter is built in on my power supply. Mip320fl. Tv will turn on but no back lights. So my inverter isn't working. How can I repair the power supply to get the inverter working? I checked all my voltages on the power supply board and everything is correct except the two sides where they goto the bulbs under the panel there is no voltages going to either side. So id like to find out what to repair on the power supply?

Don't measure the inverter voltages there! If the voltage had been there, You would have blown your meter. You need a schematic of the power supply. Check for a service manual at electrotanya, or maybe tom 66 can help.
