Diodes are good so there are two likely failures remaining:

CS808
or
ICS801, which is probably a surface mount device on the bottom of the board.

Does your multimeter have a capacitance test function?

Yes but I don't know how to use it! I found both parts ICS801 is a SMC chip underneath. And CS808 looks like a AC safety cap.

Its a Craftsman 82175 and for caps it has 400NF or 4NF, I don't what setting to use.

Use the 400nF range. Remove the capacitor from the board before testing it.

testing the cap after unsoldering dose not budge my meter, it just keeps reading 0. On the continuity test it reads 1

Looks like the capacitor is bad, then... I would replace it.

Before you order, have you got any known good capacitors to check on your meter first, for example a 100nF capacitor?

A new .1uf test at 100-104 so the meter is working.

Quick Question, I have .0068uf Metalized Poly Fim caps but they are 630V, can I put two of them in there to make 1.2KV?

I went ahead and did it anyways two .0068UF 630V end to end, and stuck it in there for a quick test same problem as before.

0.068uF end-to-end is 0.034uF total (caps in series reduce value like parallel resistors), and 0.0068uF is too small.
It could be that IC, too; but the cap should definitely not test that low.
Note that these converters are usually quite critical about the capacitance, a drop of 20% can throw them out of their operating band.

Two .1's end to end and a .01 on one side., the TV fires up and works just fine. Is that safe to leave in there or should I still order the right part?

You should really use the right part, it'll cost you about $5... Bodges like that can go wrong or become a fire hazard if incorrect components are used.
Good to hear though. You do not need to order the IC. Only the capacitor.

Got the parts in today, solder them in and button back up the TV. The TV is working really well, watched it for several hours tonight.

Anyone’s guess on how long this set will last? Samsung Plasma from late 2009. Thinking of storing away my new LG LED 42" and using this plasma. What would you guys do? The picture is about the same in my eyes.

mine went dead totally (pn55b550t2f)
remote is fine
all 4 fuse ok
capacitors seem ok but I heard they could be too weak and cause other stuff to overheat?
all I can see is this suppressor pcx2337 with some good on it (or this is silicone to stop vibration?)

any clue?

A lot longer than any LED TV for sure.
Pic may look the same in a lit room... you need to have a dark room to benefit from plasma.
