Toshiba 42HL67US amber light when plugged in then hit the power button and light turns green and panel light flashes twice slowly then stays out. I have checked the voltages on the power board and there is no BL_ON it's just marked with the voltages next to the plug or ground. I do have the voltages marked and a couple maybe a volt higher. I also took a test bulb and went around and tested every inverter and they all lit the bulb the same. Also did a visual check for swollen caps or anything that might have got hot and nothing. Not sure now.
