I have a Haier L32F1120 with what I think is a main board problem.
I have the blue light on front when I plug it in but pushing the power button has no effect. I have 390V at the large cap and the 12v, 5v, and 3vstandby are all at the plug. I also bypassed the power switch with the same results so this leads me to believe it's in the main board. I am unable to find another mainboard on eBay and shopjimmy is out of them. I did however find a EEPROM for main board problems here:

But I wanted to get some expert opinions here before I try that chip.
