samsung le40m87bd horizontal bluish line

Hi, my samsung le40m87bd lcd tv has a bluish horizontal line around 2" from bottom of screen. Happens on all inputs. Wondering if it's maybe some dodgy capacitors or something worse? Any help would be amazing , thanks

It's a common issue with these and unfortunately is not repairable. The LCD panel is bad.

Thanks Tom 66 , I got TV free anyway. . Will probably use until it totally throws the towel in . My neighbour was about to take to dump when I rescued it.
