some images are bright plus the picture sometimes goes dark

Ok so I'm getting the tcon board repaired but I also need the stand attachment in the picture I've uploaded I already have the glass stand but just need the housing, anyone have this I could buy of them or know of anywhere I can purchase this ?

Ok the tv run for a week but went off yesterday seems to be totally dead now I've not checked the voltages due to being a work, originally I sent the tcon off for repair could the tcon cause this ? I'll be checking more in the morning

A shorted t-con would cause the TV to be stuck in standby, but it wouldn't cause absolutely no power - that would be power board or main board IMO.

Ok found the 3.15 amp fuse has blown changed it still totally dead no voltages

What supplies are coming from PSU?

FM802S 250V/TTO.15AH on the psu the whole psu is dead

Whats the model number of the main board?

Sounds like a bridge rectifier to me ...

ok disabled the main board from the psu and it still blew a fuse,psu number is BN44-00262A

You can get the SCH from Tom website.

That fuse is for feeding the Voltage to the standby power supply and the inverter circuits, so you have shorted circuit some where.

Remove that fuse FM802S, see if the main one still pops? Maybe consider building a lamp test jig

I'll look more in the morning to be fair with limited time and my son moaning that he wants his tv back might be a option to get a replacement board
