Issue with 42 Vizio TV

Hello,
I have a 42" Vizio TV. I hooked my tablet to the HDMI inputs. Everything was fine until the screen went black and now the only input that works on the TV is coax. No hdmi, no component, no rca. I tried hooking up a laptop to the Hdmi port and the computer
detected the TV model but no image.

Is there anyone having the same issue? Did you find any solution?

What's the full model number? should be on back cover.

Try a simple reset, unplug tv, hold power button on tv down for 30 seconds, retry it.

Did you hook it up like that before and it worked or was that the first time you tried it?
