I got this tv for 20 bucks hoping it would be an easy fix but don't know much about how to fix it the problem is the display being out of wack. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in adavance for any advice.

Looks like a panel fault to me, Maybe lucky and be the T-Con--IF its a separate board, which on many newer sets--it Isnt!TELEFIX
