LPG65-19UL6 - Troubleshooting Broken PSU of LG TV

Hello,

After unplugging and plugging my TV it became broke. It is not turning on even standby LED is not litting. I checked power supply and I could not read 13V, PWR_ON or P-DIM(those are going to main board screenshot can be seen). I have checked bridge diode output 310ish DC. And I am reading same voltage on some capacitor as well. When I visually check and smell components I did not see any awkward thing. How can I proceed to trouble shot? And do you have schematic of this power supply by chance? I could not find in my web search.

Check F101 fuse, is it open? Check all solder connections on the transformer

I could locate 2 fuses both of them are fine. I could not see any visual defect.
Found that there is MBRF3060CT this component. I tried to test this component with continuity and all of the leg combinations are open circuit. I asked chat cpt, he told me that leg 1-3 there should be continuity.

PIN 1 and 3 can be low -resistance. These come from the transformer. PIN 2 is for the 13.2 volt on Connector P201. Renew the double diode.
