does the set turn on? What are the video issues? I guess it played a good amount of time 2008 untill now. They just dont make them like they used to make them. Disposable

It was cycling on and off when plugged into the outlet, then it stops completely. It works fine after a new set of caps are installed.

is that ceramic caps for HV transformer ballast? those bad too or just 2 bulged caps?

just ridiculous question, how do you know the ceramic caps were bad? that is look good from my view.

Just two caps with bulging tops (picture #16), I replace them as a set. The two small ballast caps are fine.
