    Sony KDL-46Z4100 Possible TCON

    Anyone ever see tcon issues like this one? I reseated the cables, no change.

    Another thing is, I see these repair kits for tcon's. What's the general failure on these boards if they're selling kits.

      After I let the set warm up, I get a picture that is folded over. Then if it sits longer, I get 14 blinks. I'm attaching a picture and a link to a video on my youtube account.

        Almost certainly panel or tab bonds. I don't think T-con would cause this.

            I tried pulling off one cable at a time. It didn't make a difference, basically I get a 1/2 screwed up picture depending on the cable, wouldn't that indicate a panel loading down the other half if you get a 1/2 picture with the bad side unplugged?
