Samsung LE32R74BD. A(R)

I have purchased this Samsung LE32R74BD. A(R) tv for spares or repair I wonder if any members can advise me on the problem it has, when I power it on it flashes 3 times then a small glimmer of light like the screen is going to light up then one more red light flash then it shuts down ,I also have another tv the same make and modle and this one powers up but has a blue screen,I am wondering if I can make one out of he 2!
