Hitachi 55hdt79 plasma no voltage from powersupply

Got a 55hdt79 from a lady for free. This plasma had been sent to
A shop but never repaired. Opened it up and ysus buffer has been removed
So I assume they had ysus problems. She said he didn't know what he was doing.
I check voltage to power supply which is good but I have no vs or voltage
Off power supply to Zeus which also powers ysus. I unplugged ysus
And still no output voltage off power supply. Is their anything on main or logic
That tell not to put out voltage. I will post pic of power supply.

work on one of these before I had a buffer board short which loaded down the ysus which shut down the power supply power supply will not come back up until you disconnect all cables and all connectors that go into the power supply.then let the TV set for 5 minutes and then connect everything back up to the power supply Again. of course you will be doing this with the power disconnected from the TV now when you reconnect everything connect the Y back to the TV but leave the buffer ports upper and lower disconnected power up and see you if you have vs and Va

If I get no voltage with ysus buffers unhooked could the x sus buffers short
Out and make the power supply give no voltage, in other words if I
Unhook power wire from xsus which supplys y sua also should I have voltage
At plug on powersupply board with nothing hooked up.

So I unplug power supply plugs for 5min and turn it back on with ysus buffers unhooked
And wallah I get my vs volatages back of around 85v on xsus and ysus but after
15 to 20 seconds I lose the voltage to 0v all at once. I still have no images during that
Time should this thing run on just x buffers or upper and show partial screen.

No you need ysus buffers Connected. Guarantee one buffer is shorted. Try one at a time. Tv.will shutdown due to power saving after like 10 seconds. So the shutdown is cause of that mostly.

Hitachi plasmas are right nightmares to diagnose.

So I got the manual and tested voltages on powersupply. I have all the correct standbyvoltages but on plug going to main board at bottom it has a pin that says 5v and
I only got 3. Then three pins should be 12v and they are only 10v.
Could this elude to a power supply problem.

remove the cable from the main board and test the voltage again

Will not power with main unhooked. Pins 13 14 15 say12v on
Chop plug and I only get 10v

both your voltages are dead on 2 volts down test your meter on a brand new battery also replace your meter battery just in case.
