Have you got time for a light heating of the tcon? Not a real reflow.. BETTER TO DO IT when tcon is on the turned on tv, so you can view the improvements.. patient a bit more if possible! 10 min. test..

Hi Davi, sorry slow response, the tcon is incorporated into the main board (all I'm one board). Thanks, I had originally tried everything I could including heating the board up with a hair dryer bit didn't help, thanks for the suggestion. The TV has gone back to the customer already.
