Blank EEPROMS are cheap. Is it a good idea to stock the a selection of 24c32,
24C64, 24C128 and 24C256. Rather than buy a Reader/Burner and a SMD adapter to erase them. Suggestions?
I am working on spare parts stock.
So any parts that I should stock that have a high failure rate, I would like to hear from you. Rather than make a Thread to ask for different items, it would be easier to make one spot for them. It would come in handy for anyone to access. Tom was very helpful with diode info, he wrote the following in another thread.
Diodes, in general:
1N4007, can replace all 1N400x
UF5408, can replace all UF540x and 1N540x (ultrafast type)
1N5819, can replace 1N5817,18
1N5822, can replace 1N5820,21
UF4007, can replace all UF400x and 1N400x (consider this instead of 1N4007)
