Sony 46Z4500 Shutting Off 6 Blinks

I've got a 46Z4500 with a 6 blink issue. The set comes on, at first it would stay on for around 30 seconds but now after about 5 seconds the set switches off to standby mode.

According to the service manual 6 flashes indicates 'Panel Det Error' - Backlight error.

Using this video as a guide: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oE6K4xBVweA

I measured the test points on the inverter board and wasn't able to get any result, measuring AC Volts I get no more than a volt usually around 0.3v but since there are so many and the set is only on for a short amount of time there is a chance I could have misread one but I will test again later.

I get 12v DC on the other side of the diode that the test points lead to, that means one of the transformers or tubes are bad right? I have another TV which uses this same board I believe (A Sony 46XBR) but it will take allot of effort to remove it.

I also checked all voltages from the main connector and they are all fine. I also measured the voltage coming into the inverter board from the PFC Board and it was about 450v AC, is that too high? I previously had a power supply problem where I swapped a pair of K3561 Field Effect Transisters for a pair of K3563's from a faulty power board. Could these transisters be sending too much power to the PFC Transformer? The voltage coming from the power board at the PFC Out pin shows 388v DC. I also measured the voltage from one of the transformers on the Inverter board and it was about 230v AC, again that seems like too much I've measured sets before with only 175v AC

Update: After remove the inverter board to test it some more. I put it back in and the TV stayed on. It's been about an hour and the TV is still working, perhaps the connection between the board the inverter tubes was bad?
