Samsung PS43E450A1R Picture Problem

Hie techs, I have a samsung plasma TV which when plugged in shows a very dull reddish image. Tested some voltages and below is what I get:

Note the green light on the tcon flashes every second.

Power supply board:
PS on 0v
Stby 5v
VS CON 1.72v
VS ON 3.2v
VS 208v
VA. 57v

X buffer :
Svt vs 209v
Svt xout>flactuating between 280 to 900v

Y main board:
Svt vs. 208v
Svt ve. more than 1000v
Svt yg c More than 1000v
Svt yout flactuating between 400v and 1900v
Svt vscan -181v

I have changed the x board but still same problem. Help please m not that familiar with plasma screens.

Post some focused straight on pictures of each board and one of the whole back as to see how everything is connected.
