Maxent Plasma MX-5020hpm strange picture flashing

See pictures, only right half of screen flashing, but not always, only happen sometimes.
A plasma TV will not develop this kind of picture issue, this is the first time I see it. Are the x-buffers board bad ?

Loojs like a logic/control board issue. Try reseating cables first.
