Westinghouse LTV-32w6 HD, no power

Picked this up at the dump. Plug it in, no lights at all, no status light. Hitting power button does nothing. I have 5V standby on pin 7. Caps all look good, no burn marks anywhere. I see parts are readily available for this set, in this situation, would the PSU be the main suspect?

Please post good clear pictures of the back of the TV and the boards so we can see what we are dealing with.
