X32 Sceptre Powers on & Off

Hello.. Mike C. w/ Another TV To go over..

This time it's a Sceptre X32 LCD TV, that turns on and then goes off about 5 seconds later.

Just so everyone knows.. I have read the following threads: Sceptre X32 Stays on for about 10 mins & Sceptre X32 Power Supply Diagnosis

The Reason I'm doing this one, is because the Boards look totally different then the one I'm working on..

Guess what.. I went to take pictures of the boards for this post. I noticed one Big cap 450 100uf was the predominate Cap on the Board. All of the other one's looked great.. As you can see in the pics.. I've attached

I ordered a Capacitance/ESR Meter.. should be here Monday I guess. So, anyways; I decided to listen to Budm in this post...

Are there any labeling on the A and B connectors such as PS_ON, BL_ON, etc.
Can I see close up picture of these two connectors and the pictures of the whole TV so I can see how all the boards are connected together?
There are startup caps in the primary side that more likely should be replace. They are for PFC voltage booster, 5V standby, 12v/24v power supplies.
The 3.5v you see on the pins are for the BL_ON and PS_ON which are generated by the main board.
    Need to see more pictures.
By the way, bad cap can look normal but can have high ESR or bad value. it is always best to replace them as a set using low ESR TYPE capacitors such as PANASONIC FM/FR series.
I saw the Big Cap and I knew I had one.. so I replaced it really quick.. Tried the TV again.. TV has been working for 2 hours now right next to me..

Problem I found though, is that I can plug in the Coaxial Cable to the TV from my cable box and it won't come in, I tried every setting.. 'cable' being one of them. HMDI1 I plugged in and that's whats working.

So.. my, 'Powers on Off' post, has become now a 'Cable not working' post..
It's on-board, so what do I just order a new one and put it onto the videoboard? Or is there something I could be missing.. I tried resetting the whole TV..then trying coaxial again.. nothing...
