Hi guys, good day to all. I have this Dynex dx-l40-10a tv that did not turn on at all. It would stay stuck on standby, but I was able to figure that out. Now the tv turns on and works perfect except that when I first turn it on, the audio sounds like a bunch of plastic bags are being smashed and eventually the audio goes out. What fixes it is turning off the tv and then back on. Once the tv is back on the audio works perfectly fine the rest of the day. Does this sound like a capacitor problem? If yes, are there caps at the power supply that can cause this, or just on the mainboard? I checked both boards for swollen caps but didn't see any. Thank you all ahead of time for what you do, your patience, and expertise.

The Problem: This player has a toggle switch to select between Stereo, Mono R, and Mono L. Regardless of the setting it outputs the sound to both the L&R audio jacks. In the Mono R position, the audio output level is normal (from both the L and R audio output jacks), in the Stereo position the audio output is about half the volume, and in Mono L, it's about 3/4 the volume. Something about putting it into Stereo mode is causing the volume to drop significantly and I can't figure it out.

Hi All. I had a Roland KR-3500 Digital Piano (similar to the KR-4500) that exhibited a Crackling audio sound on all keys. After reading somewhere about someone with a similar issue who had replaced all the Electrolytic caps I decided to also go down that route. (Spoiler : It worked !) After some basic troubleshooting I determined that it could be noise feeding thru from the Keyboard scanning since the Demo tunes played back undistorted and the Audio amp / speakers were fine ( Inserted an Audio signal into the rear Audio input). Im hoping someone might be able to give me some idea of what may be wrong with my Monitor Audio RSW12 Sub.
Ive owned it since new in around 2002, so would really like to keep it running if I can, it was the first ‘decent' bit of audio equipment I ever purchased and is a little sentimental.
The issue I had was that it would power up with the red light, but sometimes the green light would not come on and I would get no bass from it. If the green light did come on though, I would get sound out of it.

I'm working on a MacBook Air A2337 that had liquid damage on the right I/O board. I ultrasonic cleaned the board and it all functions except the computer has no audio. I tried reballing the audio IC which is TAS5770AC0, but that did not restore audio. I could just replace the entire board, but I wanted to see if replacing the audio IC would fix it first. Mouser has a similar audio IC in stock which is TAS5770LC0YFFR, but I wasn't sure if it is compatible. Hi, i've got problem with Dell Vostro 5490.
Board - Mantis CML 18788-1
Windows says "no audio device detected". The other functions work properly.
What i've done:
1. I checked motherboard
2. I changed audio codec (ALC3204)
3. I reflashed bios with clear ME
4. Audio is enable in bios
5. Both speakers are good
