acoustic solutions lcd37761f1080p sound but no pic

hi all been a while
I had this set come in today bad power board so repaired it
tv fires up now but i have no picture I have back lights and sound from hdmi source

I wiggled tcon connector checked tcon board and it seam like it was coated in some type of oil
I wiped this away

tcon fuse is fine

checked and reseated screen cables to no avail

any ideas

Check volts each end of fuse.

The oil sounds like a capacitor has gone, but I'm far from an expert on the matter. I don't know if their used in TV applications, but there are oil based caps.

main board was faulty replaced all working now thanks all fdor your comments
