    LG 50PJ350 dead, relay clicking

I have a LG 50PJ350 that is not working. I looked through some other posts and found similar problems and did some work before posting this.
I found one bad resistor on the Power Supply board. I replaced it and the resistor beside it. They were both 22w 5 ohm.
The problem still was the same. I noticed that the D201 was not lighting on the Main Board. So, I replaced the main board and the problem is still the same. I was getting all the proper voltages to that board from the YSUS board, so I thought it was bad.
Today, I went back through and started unplugging the YSUS and ZSUS from the main board. With the YSUS unplugged and everything else plugged in, there is audio and it doesn't cycle throught the relays like it did before, it stays on.
With the YSUS plugged back in and the buffers unplugged, it goes back into the standby shutdown mode.
    I am thinking YSUS now.
    Any suggestions to try?
    Thanks in advance.

Mitsubishi CNC switching power supply board dead / relay board bad diode failure
    by sam_sam_sam
I was working on this CNC machine today found no keyboard functioning no control relay powering on
The screen powered on and was giving an operation error but the manual was not very clear about what the error exactly was but with a little bit of troubleshooting and finding out that the control relays not powering on and no keyboard functions we narrowed down to this one switching power supply which of course does not have any indicator LED light they are on the keyboard interface/relay controller board

Found shorted diodes on main controller relays there are 3 of them that...

Carver CM-1090 - Power relay clicking on & off, then fuse blown after 20-30 seconds of power cycling.
    by beetle1303
I gotten a Carver CM-1090 amplifier from a friend who has kept it in storage for decades. Opened it up, thick layer of dust cumulated everywhere. Vacuumed it semi-cleaned, and blown off as much as possible the remaining dust. This is a 220V version.

On initial powered up with nothing connected - it works with all the lights and button indicator lit up as pressed, etc. I then powered off, connected a CD player into the CD RCA input and powered it on. It seemed to work for a short while and when I turned the volume up and down to see the the VUs works, the power started to clicked off...

Garage door RX unit (Cardin S38C) does not short relay to send opening signal
    by CoinCoin88
    Hello everyone,

I'm turning to the Badcaps community to help me troubleshoot the radio Rx card from my (old) garage door opener. While I could just ditch that card and replace the whole system, I first would like to understand "why" it suddenly stopped working, because that's just how I am wired...!

Some basics: the receiver works on a 30.875 Mhz frequency. Yes, I'm aware this is not in use anymore in a looot of places. It does not use any rolling code, it's just a regular dip-switch code that you have to set up on both the receiver and transmitter. The receiver...

    LGOLED55B7V Clicking and dead screen.
    by Donny2derby
Picked this up other week and when I originally looked at in the sellers house I got 3/4's of a working screen and some horizontal lines across the 1/4 of it which was dead/black.

Just tried powering it up at home and now all I'm getting is a clicking and some very faint lines on 1/4 of the screen whilst the entirety of it is dead.

When using the remote I get two red clicks on the standby. Not sure if this means anything or helps. The same when I use the manual power up.

Help appreciated. I'm an electrician, I've fixed a few in the past so not a total...

LG 60PV450 Possible Bad YSUS Need help confirming Diagnosis
    by PlasMatt
I have an LG plasma that after reading through a bunch of posts and doing some testing I believe has a bad YSUS board. The problem is that that doesn't make sense to me for some of the symptoms. The problem started yesterday. While watching a movie the TV just shut down like I pressed power. I have it hooked to a PC and use RS232 to turn it off and on so I thought maybe something had glitched there. I turned it back on and finished the movie with no problems. The same thing happened today so I checked logs to see if something in the control glitched and sent an off command but it didn't, After...
