Too bad you are out of the US, I'm in the US and have one that works but a bad panel.
I'm sure it would be too expensive to ship boards to to you for such an old set.

importing electronics in my country is very hard and expensive. there are a lot of taxes and customs duties to be paid if the authorities decide to let you have the item. Sometimes they tend to confiscate goods too

The first thing I would do is measure for AC line input voltage and make sure it's reaching the initial bridge rectifier.
If so you should have at least 150 DC at the + and - of that bridge rectifier.
You do know about potential "Shock Hazard"
