just fixed this nice little full HD tv/pc-monitor and may be this helps someone else trying to repair the same chassis. Just got this one for small money, no backlight coming up when switching on, sound o.K.. Measured inverter supply, o.k. with 12V and bl_on also switching from 0V to 2,5V. So definitly an inverter issue. After short inspection a 0603 smd-fuse marked "P" was found o.c., replaced by a small wired version with 3A rating (see pic3 upper side in the middle of the pcb). After three days of testing the tv is still running, so it seems that the fuse died of aging. Pretty easy repair, this one now replaces my old pc crt monitor https://www.badcaps.net/forum/images.../icon_razz.gif.
