Toshiba 42TL515U all inputs not working

Hey I'm looking at picking up this tv and the tv works except the connection ports. It's def a main board issue but what on the main board usually causes this cause I can't find a main board to save my life. So I just wondering before I risk buying it.

its the video board not the main board .. i have this tv .. and had the problem . also there is a small fan on it that collects dust and if it stops the tv will not turn on .
