I would check the LVDS cable.

thanks for the reply Tom .. Is this the cable that rind from the main board to the logic board or the cable from the logic board to the panel ?

Does this TV have a separate logic board? Pictures of the chassis layout would help. Typically it would run from main to t-con.

Ugh, it's a VESTEL. Yay.
From main board, with video inputs on it, to t-con board, the cable should be checked. Reseat it too.

I Have had it off,Cable looks fine ( reseated it ) and moved it about while the TV was on to see if i can get it to stop or change how it behaves ...
